Three different products get called AppleCare and they solve different problems. This page has the list prices for all three and says plainly which one your fleet actually needs.

The three things called AppleCare

Most confusion about AppleCare in a tender comes from treating these as one product. They are bought differently, priced differently and answer to different people.

AppleCare+

Per device. The default for most fleets.

Extends hardware coverage and adds accidental damage protection, with Apple support for the person using the machine. Bought annually or, on iPhone, monthly. This is the right answer for the majority of a Mac or iPad fleet.

AppleCare for Enterprise

Per device, 36 or 48 months, tiered.

The enterprise contract. Multi-year coverage bought up front, with support routed to your IT department rather than to the individual, on-site service options, and a named technical account manager at the higher tiers. Tiers run 1, 1+, 2, 2+, 3 and 3+.

AppleCare OS Support

Per organisation, annual.

Not a device product at all. An annual support contract for your IT team covering macOS, deployment and integration questions, escalating through Help Desk, Select, Preferred and Alliance as the number of support contacts and the response commitment increase.

What AppleCare costs

Apple India list prices, from the current price list effective 15 July 2026. Starting prices are for the entry configuration in each family, so a larger or higher-specification device costs more. Corporate pricing is quoted to your fleet.

AppleCare+, per device, annual

Accidental damage cover included. iPhone can also be bought monthly, and a Theft and Loss variant exists at a higher price.

AppleCare OS Support, per organisation, annual

Bought for the IT team, not for devices. Most fleets of laptops do not need this. You do if you run macOS infrastructure or a complex integration.

Prices are Apple India list and move with Apple’s price list. GST applies as on any other line and is recoverable as input tax credit by a registered business. Coverage terms are Apple’s and we confirm the current ones with Apple before you sign, rather than quoting them from memory. Which one you need

We sell all three, so this is not a sales pitch for the most expensive one. Buying cover you will not use is how a fleet budget disappears.

A fleet of 20 to 200 Macs, standard office use

AppleCare+ on every device. Add AppleCare for Enterprise only for the machines whose downtime actually costs you money.

Field or frontline devices that get dropped

AppleCare+, for the accidental damage cover. On iPhone, consider the Theft and Loss variant.

An IT team that owns the estate and wants one number to call

AppleCare for Enterprise, so cases are raised by your admins and not by whoever broke the laptop.

Deadlines where a dead machine stops a release

AppleCare for Enterprise at a higher tier, for the response commitment and on-site service.

You run macOS servers, or a complex MDM and directory integration

AppleCare OS Support. This is the only one of the three that covers the software and deployment questions rather than the hardware.

Mixed estate across several cities

AppleCare for Enterprise plus a refresh schedule, so coverage and hardware expire together instead of drifting apart.

What does AppleCare for Enterprise cost in India?+
List prices start at ₹7,900 per iPad and ₹14,900 per MacBook Air for 36 months at the entry tier, rising with the device and the tier. The full table is on this page. What your fleet pays is quoted, because it depends on the tier, the term and the number of devices. These are Apple India list prices from the current price list, effective 15 July 2026.
What is the difference between AppleCare+ and AppleCare for Enterprise?+
AppleCare+ is per device and supports the person using it, with accidental damage cover, bought annually. AppleCare for Enterprise is a multi-year contract bought up front for 36 or 48 months, routes support to your IT department instead of the individual, adds on-site service options, and gives you a named technical account manager at the higher tiers. Most fleets run AppleCare+ broadly and AppleCare for Enterprise on the machines that matter most.
What are the AppleCare for Enterprise tiers?+
Tier 1, 1+, 2, 2+, 3 and 3+, over a 36 or 48 month term. The tiers differ by the level of support and the response commitment Apple makes, and the price rises accordingly. We confirm the exact current terms of the tier with Apple before you sign anything, rather than quoting them from memory.
Do we need AppleCare on every device?+
No, and we will say so. Coverage on a Mac mini sitting in a rack that nobody carries anywhere is worth much less than coverage on a laptop that travels. A sensible fleet buys AppleCare+ broadly, adds AppleCare for Enterprise where downtime costs real money, and skips it entirely on the machines where it does not. Tell us what the devices actually do and we will tell you where it is worth it.
What is AppleCare OS Support and do we need it?+
AppleCare OS Support is an annual contract for your IT team rather than for devices. It covers macOS, deployment, integration and server questions, with escalating levels of support contact and response through Help Desk, Select, Preferred and Alliance. List prices run from ₹48,900 a year for Help Desk Support upwards. You need it if you run macOS infrastructure or a complex MDM and directory integration. Most fleets of laptops do not.
Can AppleCare be added after we have bought the devices?+
AppleCare+ can be added within a limited window after purchase and the device may need to be verified first. AppleCare for Enterprise is structured with the purchase, so it is far simpler to enrol at the time of the order. If you already own the fleet, send us the serial numbers and we will tell you honestly what is still possible rather than selling you something that will not attach.
Does AppleCare cost less if we buy through a DPP partner?+
The list prices are Apple’s and are shown on this page. Corporate pricing is quoted to your fleet, and unlike the hardware band we do not publish a single percentage for AppleCare, because it varies by product and tier and a single number would be misleading. What buying through an enrolled DPP partner does give you is enrolment handled with the order, GST-compliant invoicing, and one party responsible when a claim needs chasing.
Is GST recoverable on AppleCare?+
For a GST-registered business, yes, in the same way as the hardware. It appears on the same GST-compliant invoice with the documentation your finance team needs for input credit, and we can split it branch-wise if your cost centres need it.
Who raises a support case, us or the employee?+
With AppleCare+ it is generally the person using the device. With AppleCare for Enterprise it is your IT department, which is most of the reason enterprises buy it. Your admins get a route to Apple that does not depend on an employee describing the fault correctly.
Are you an Apple Premium Business Partner?+
No, and we will not imply otherwise. Adalwin Commerce is an Authorised Apple Reseller and an enrolled Apple DPP partner in India. That is what lets us supply AppleCare, AppleCare for Enterprise and OS Support alongside the hardware, on a GST invoice, with Apple Business Manager enrolment. The Premium Business Partner designation is a different Apple programme and we are not on it.
Do you support fleets outside India?+
No. Apple DPP supply, including AppleCare sold through it, is within India only. If you run a global estate we can handle the India portion and coordinate with whoever holds the rest, but we will not pretend to a reach we do not have.
Are you in Pune?+
Yes. 302, Unity Paradise, BT Kawade Road, Raskar Nagar, Pune 411013. We cover fleets across India, and for Pune clients in Hinjawadi, Kharadi, Magarpatta, Baner and the rest of the city we will come and scope the estate with your IT team.
