How portal access works
Our gifting portals are private B2B tools, commissioned and paid for by an employer for its own staff. They are not open to the public and cannot be accessed by anyone outside the client organisation.
- Access is by invitation only. The client company supplies the list of employee email addresses permitted to sign in. Addresses outside that list are rejected. There is no public sign-up.
- No passwords, ever. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to the employee’s whitelisted work email address. We do not create, request, or store passwords for any portal.
- We ask for a gift choice and a delivery address. Nothing else. The address is used solely to deliver the gift the employer has already purchased, and for nothing else.
- We never ask for payment details. Employees pay nothing. All billing is between Adalwin Commerce and the client company.
- Client branding is applied under written authorisation from the commissioning company, as part of the service they have engaged us to provide.
