Yes. We offer pre-production physical samples for orders above certain quantities. Digital mockups are provided for all orders before production begins. Sample charges may apply but are usually adjusted against the final order.

For new clients: 100% advance payment before production/dispatch. For established clients with a purchase history: 50% advance + 50% before dispatch. GST invoices are issued for all transactions. We accept NEFT, RTGS, and online payment gateways.

Our quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices may change after this period due to vendor pricing changes, especially for imported goods and electronics.

Standard (non-customised) orders can be cancelled before dispatch with a full refund. Customised or branded orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Please review our full refund policy at adalwin.com/refund-policy.

We deliver across India to 21,000+ pincodes. We are based in Pune and have strong logistics coverage across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR, Chennai, and Hyderabad. For corporate gifting and merchandise, we also handle international shipments for clients with overseas offices. Authorised IT hardware (Apple and other brands) is supplied for delivery within India.

Standard products (in stock): 3–7 business days. Customised products: 10–21 business days depending on complexity. Bulk pan-India shipments: 7–14 business days. We share tracking information for all orders.
